Bhaskar Anand is a postdoctoral researcher in the Air Quality & Materials Application Lab at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea. His research mainly focuses on advanced materials for air purification by removal or degradation of toxic gas, along with several other environmental applications.
My detailed research interests include-:
Synthesizing advanced nanomaterials such as metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with greener routes of preparation, for example, hydrothermal synthesis without the use of organic solvents.
Also preparing MOF composites for simultaneous removal of gaseous mixtures from gaseous streams.
Developing techniques to resolve the pressure drop (space-velocity drop) in packed bed sorbents/photo-catalysts/thermo-catalysts for removal or degradation of volatile organic compounds in gaseous streams.
